Terms and conditions

These terms apply to all orders placed with Agroline Equipment & Tools Limited ("we", "us") through this website or by phone.

1. Products and prices

Product descriptions and photos are based on information from the manufacturer. Many products are available in several configurations. The price shown on the website is a guide price. The final price and configuration are confirmed with you by phone before the order is processed. Prices are in Kenyan shillings (KES).

2. Orders

An order placed on the website is a request to buy. The contract is formed when we confirm the order with you by phone. We may decline an order, for example if a product is not available. In that case we tell you and you pay nothing.

3. Payment

You can pay by M-Pesa Paybill after we confirm your order, or in cash on delivery or on pickup. Ownership of the goods passes to you when payment is received in full.

4. Delivery

You can collect your order from our shop in Nairobi or receive it by courier. Delivery fees and times are described on the Delivery and payment page and confirmed when we confirm your order.

5. Returns and warranty

Returns and warranty claims are handled as described on the Returns and warranty page.

6. Safe use

Read the product manual before use. Do not connect appliances that exceed the rated power of the product. Solar systems connected to a building's wiring should be installed by a qualified electrician.

7. Personal data

We use your personal data only to process your order, as described in our Privacy policy.
