Check your order on delivery

Please open and check your order when you receive it. If a product is damaged or not what you ordered, tell the courier and contact us the same day.

Returns

You can return an unused product in its original packaging within 7 days of receiving it. Contact us first by phone or email with your order number. We will tell you how to send it back or where to bring it.

When we receive the product and confirm it is unused and complete, we refund the price of the product by M-Pesa. The cost of returning an unused product is paid by the customer, unless the product was faulty or not what you ordered.

Faulty products and warranty

If a product stops working because of a manufacturing defect, contact us with your order number and a short description or video of the problem. We will check it and repair, replace or refund the product.

The warranty period for each product is confirmed when we confirm your order. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, water, falls, wrong wiring, or connecting devices that exceed the rated power of the product.
