Delivery and payment

Order confirmation

After you place an order, we call you on the phone number you gave us. We confirm the configuration, the final price and the delivery details. Nothing is sent before this call.

Delivery options

• Pickup from our shop. Free. Collect your order from our shop at Stanbank House, Moi Avenue, Nairobi CBD, Kenya. We call you when it is ready.
• Courier delivery to your address. We send your order by courier to your town or city. The delivery fee is shown in the cart and at checkout. Large items such as home storage systems may need a separate quote, which we give you on the confirmation call.

Delivery time depends on your location and on product availability. We tell you the expected date when we confirm your order.

Payment

• M-Pesa Paybill. After we confirm your order, pay to our Paybill number and use your order number as the account number. The Paybill number is shown at checkout and in your confirmation email.
• Cash on delivery or on pickup. Pay when you receive or collect your order.

Please check your order when you receive it, before the courier leaves.
